Video to GMPAK

This page folds the whole pipeline into one browser workflow: trim and scale a video with ffmpeg.wasm, turn frames into either fxconv CG image payloads or CPQOI delta payloads in-browser, then pack everything into a final VIDEO.gmpak. The GMPAK builder is separate in gmpak_browser.mjs so you can reuse it later.
